Ranch Safety
Guest Attire
Guests at Skyhold Ranch are welcome to wear the clothes they feel comfortable in, however, for your safety and the safety of our Ranch Hands, we ask that all Guests wear closed-toe shoes to better protect their feet.
We also ask that they leave any loose fitting garments that could get caught on the horses or foliage and/or fall/fly away inside their vehicles, as well as purses and other personal affects such as cell phones.
We would hate to find out at the end of a ride or during the middle of such that something has been torn, lost, or broken.
Guests on Property
We ask that all Guests arriving at Skyhold Ranch, remain inside the parking area or the front office. Guests are not allowed into the barns or to wander the premises without consent of the Wranglers, this is for your safety and ours. Guests should arrive 15 minutes early to their appointed booking time.
Guests are asked to leave promptly upon the end of their trail ride, as we need time between each to care for our Ranch Hands and prepare for the next Guests.
Liability Waiver
All Guests are required to sign, in person upon arrival, a Waiver of Liability. This is required to proceed with your outdoor adventure. In the case of a Guest refusing to sign the waiver in person, they will be granted a refund of equal cost of the one hour trail ride, either monetary or through gift card, as they see fit..
